Mission 3 was one of the more enjoyable missions in MS3D for me. I know it's not saying much, but let's just cherish the small things in life before we spiral down a black hole of depression, okay?
While Mission 2 introduces us to the Metal Slug tank, you really get to play around with it on Mission 3 for almost the entire mission. I can understand why you're made to ditch the Slug as you have to enter buildings (don't ask me how the ENEMIES get THEIR tanks indoors and up on stairs, though!). What I'm genuinely surprised by during my first playthrough is that the Slug you're made to ditch reappears where you left it when you have to loop back to the same area after unlocking a metal gate... that... you somehow couldn't have just mowed down with a tank, but hey.
