Apologies for the scratchy sound at certain points of the video. For some reason Fraps just does that when it records from Kawaks and I have no idea what's causing it. Also, my laptop is a load of crap, so there will be noticeable lags in the recording at some points. Again, apologies.
With this upload, I've shown all 3 possible paths to clear Mission 1 with. This of course is a separate from my 1 life run of the game. This path is my preferred route simply because it's so simple and quick to get past, although not my favourite because it doesn't give you the Metal Slug Type R for the boss.
Also, I really dislike fat mode, and this mission just gives me one more reason to. The running and firing animations of the HMG when in fatty mode look really wonky, and has been wonky since fat mode was introduced. Fatty Iron Lizards are horrible too. I understand its comedic charm, but I don't think Metal Slug 3 balanced comedy and lingering doom very well.
Enjoy! I may upload more alternate paths soon... if I can stop relying on the Shotgun for Sol Dae Rokker -_-
