Difficulty: level 8. No cheats used.
I was challenged by Bestow5000 to take this boss on on foot. I really don't know why I'm masochistic enough to take foolish challenges from idiots, but here's my response to his challenge.
While he only stated "on foot", which can describe the Slug Gunner Prototype's legs as well, he did not state that I cannot bring any weapons from the stage to the fight. however, I feel that to make a boss battle video worth it's own video, I should enter the fight with only a pistol and 10 grenades. I also brought the Slug Gunner Prototype to the fight and promptly abandoned it because most bosses behave more aggressively with a Slug on the field, and I wanted maximum aggression from the boss despite my handicaps to make this video truly worth uploading. So I brought it to the scene of the fight... but mainly because the damn thing is cute and agile and I thus love it.
Also, since this is a short video, I'm trying for the first (and hopefully only) time uploading the file uncompressed for maximum quality. SOMEONE had better appreciate the 10 hours I'm putting in to upload this 8.41GB file.
