KULT News spent a week in Texas and possibly found the most incompetent police chief in America the week of April, 21, 2024.
It began with having our rights violated and ended with an apology from the town drunk; The Mayor of Memphis, TX, a man who’s had at least THREE DWI arrests. Shockingly, the citizens of Memphis, Texas, just reelected the man.

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
