KULT News audited in the small town of Brownsburg, Indiana and, based on the number of calls to 911, it’s safe to say our visit shook this little town up.
The question is, would the cops recognize and respect our rights or would they disappoint us as so many have before them?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
