When KULT News audited in Gainesville, FL we witnessed the most unusual tactic of dealing with an auditor we have ever seen: prayer. But God Himself couldn’t stop us from exercising our rights but, could the local police? Would they even try?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
