On Aug. 9, 2023, I (Mike) met with the prosecutors office to discuss potential criminal charges against the employees at the Columbus City Schools Board of Education Administrative Offices for threatening and assaulting me and breaking a piece of my equipment.
It didn’t even take one full day for the prosecutors office to make their decision. There was no need to talk with witnesses. No need for additional video evidence. This was a simple open and shut case and the decision of whether or not to prosecute my assailants was obvious.
Will justice be served or would the prosecutors office condone the outlandish and criminal behavior of the employees of the Board of Education?
On this follow-up audit would the Board of Education be more welcoming to someone with a camera or would they double-down with their reprehensible behavior?
When the police arrive, will they honor their oath or try to copsplain a convoluted explanation as to why the Board of Education can trespass someone from their property as simply as a local supermarket?
