Parameters ORTH_B1B2 (revisited), SEL_SMSIM/SMISM (applied), 3D (new) …

Last time we tried to apply ORTH_B1B2 and failed, but successfully configured FILTER and got rid of some signal noise (link below). Now it’s time to go 3D, which will involve a lot of math, that is geometry and trigonometry. You need not fear ;-)
First, we’re going over some errata regarding ∠XZ and ∠YZ. Then we measure the YZ angle using MAPXYZ, SMISM and ORTH_B1B2 (the latter unsuccessfully again). After some math (geometry/trigonometry) we measure 3D magnetic angles.
