When I got my used Proxxon KT 150 compound table I completely overhauled. Meaning I took it apart completely and rebuild it from the ground up (link below). Now, after some extensive use, it’s time for some basic maintenance.

That basic maintenance primarily consists of cleaning and afterwards greasing all the guiding surfaces and both lead screws. The goal is here to do all that without disassembling the thing. And I had to adjust the backlash of one leadscrew too.
