Spanish squats are amazing for torching the quads but also for people with knee problems. You need a heavy band, loop it around something sturdy at knee height and step into the loops, putting the bands directly behind the knee at the joint. Keep core engaged and squat back. I asked her to go a little lower than thighs parallel with the floor and you'll see what happens at the end. :)
