What do we do when something hurts? Usually, we're told to rest. But when return to the activity that caused the pain in the first place (ike playing your instrument) the pain comes right back. What dowe do? In this interactive workshop, you'll learn the basics of what you an do to help yourself and your students colleagues stay out of pain using corrective exercise flows for the most common pain points for flutists: wrist, eck, behind the shoulder blades, etc. Come away feeling empowered to help yourself and others instead of helpless so you can have the long, pain-free playing career you deserve!
