We continue the study of the Gospel of Mark in Greek by analyzing Mark 1:29. Jesus has just performed an exorcism inside a synagogue in Capernaum on a Sabbath. People are petrified at what they have seen. They are astonished at this new teaching of Jesus' which is done in authority and power. From this moment on, his fame spreads out, quickly and in every direction, like an acoustic wave, till the very end of the region of Galilee. He is now famous and with his disciples Simon and Andrew, James and John, he immediately enters the house of Simon Peter and Andrew.
