Another species I encountered many times yet was unable to capture properly on film. 😅
Just like other flowerpecker species, it is flighty and skittish, often flitting around restlessly among the dark of forests' mid canopy. All I could do was the follow the bright red of the male bird's throat!
This species' habitat includes lowland & montane forests.
Grey-sided Flowerpeckers are endemic to Sulawesi.
