Ingredients:
(56 pieces)

14 slices thin good white bread of make your own recipe below
(remove the crust if you want, but never show the public what you do with the crust afterwards or you will be cancelled (see comment section of video for examples)
oil for frying
1 1/4 cup milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup cognac, bourbon, grand marnier
grated rind of orange
1/2 cup sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon


Pain De Mie
(french bread)
3 packages of active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
5 tsp salt
4 cups warm milk
10 cups all purpose flour
12 tb unsalted room temp butter

maple butter:
4 tb softened butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup (Oh Canada) (have it be room temp!)
