Mac & Cheese, a.k.a. Macaroni & Cheese is probably one of the most famous North American dishes. Well, at least for me it was! It was so hugely marketed in all the movies and TV shows that I’d been watching back in Europe when I was a kid, that it became a personal dream of mine to try this amazing dish one day! So I did a few years ago… can’t say that I was very impressed…🙃 Today, however, we are not cooking regular Mac & Cheese, but rather MC (molecular gourmet) version of it!
Right now, creating food content for YouTube and other SM is my full-time job, and as fun and satisfying as it may seem, it’s also very challenging, and without YOUR SUPPORT I would be nowhere. So, thank you for watching my videos, you are awesome!
