I'm just going to be real with y'all, this video did not get edited in a timely fashion. I shot this video on February 1st, literally the first day after Dry January ended. But I've been having so much fun working on my cocktail tier ranking videos (have you seen them yet??) that I never got around to editing this one.

But! The drink in this video still really delicious! So give it a try!

Floppy Disk
- 1/4 oz mezcal
- 1/2 oz Cynar
- 1/2 oz orange curacao
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- Top with sparkling water

Combine all ingredients except sparkling water in shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
