After a number of years as a singer and actress Lory starred in the Italian film, “Cinderella ‘80” in 1984. A song featured in the film, “Stay”, a duet featuring Lory and fellow star, Pierre Cosso, became a #1 single in Germany. Lory signed with Metronome Records in Germany and re-entered the Top-10 with “Miss You So” in 1987.
Her album, “Just Me” charted at #7 in Germany.
The following year she switched to WEA in Germany for two albums. “A Cry In The Night” was a one-off recording for Dieter Bohlen and Luis Rodriguez, the two gentlemen behind the incredibly successful (at least in Europe) artists, Modern Talking and Blue System.
