This album was the first under the group’s name since a self-titled one released on Haven in 1975. Prior to that the group had logged eight hit albums and over two dozen hit singles.
Neither “Powers Of The Night” nor “She Don’t Know Me” charted but Bon Jovi recorded the latter in 1984 and their version made it to #48 on the Hot-100.
Writer and keyboardist, Mark Avsec, had been a member of Wild Cherry and Donnie Iris & The Cruisers.
Sadly, we lost Rob Grill in July, 2011.
