Not many people realize that learning about yourself often demands unlearning old beliefs. But it’s never an easy journey.
The problem is that we’ve held on to these unproductive ways of thinking for so long that it becomes difficult to let go of them. It’s scary because you think you’ll lose your identity in the process, but that’s not the case.
And this is where life coaching comes in. It becomes the gentle art of guiding you through this transformative journey of letting go. It's about dismantling those barriers that hold you back, shedding light on the outdated notions that no longer serve you.
As we work together to toss out those limiting beliefs, you’ll see with great clarity that your ideal self was hidden inside all along. All it needed was a gentle nudge.

This short talk is based on organizational psychologist Adam Grants research published in academic journals and his book Give and Take.
If you want to have more balance and continue to be a giver with boundaries vs. a giver who gives too much of him/herself away, book a time with me for a free consultation: https://bit.ly/trialsession

Do nice guys actually finish last?
According to Adam Grants book Give and Take, nice guys do finish last.
Men and women who identify more as givers, they actually under perform.
They do less quality work.
The ironic part?
The givers were also at the top.
The question is, whats the difference?
Whats the difference between the givers who are the high achievers doing the best work, getting promoted the most, versus the givers that are down at the bottom?
The difference is the ones at the top are less agreeable.
Theyre not people pleasers.
They have boundaries.
While its definitely not a bad thing to be a giver, you have to be a giver with boundaries.
You have to stop people-pleasing.
The classic plight of the giver is that they give to themselves last. Do nice guys really finish last? Heres what science says.](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/pPwPnn_2xYQ/mqdefault.jpg)
