Here’s something you need to understand about yourself: There is no upper limit to your growth.
The limitations we think we have arise from society’s lies that we’ve unknowingly bought into. Without even realizing, somewhere along the way, we agreed to those lies, and a wrong, limiting belief about ourselves emerged.
But those limitations are self-imposed. They are merely thoughts, not truths. They're like chains holding us back from realizing our full potential. It's up to us to recognize them for what they are – unhelpful thought patterns that no longer serve us – and let them go.
When we release our self-limiting beliefs, we take flight and allow our potential to rise to new heights.
We can go as far as our mind lets us. We don’t have to keep it grounded because of our self-imposed limitations.
Get to know your authentic self! And you'll soon go beyond survival mode and move forward to thriving in life.

A look at empirical data on how givers fare vs. others in job performance, work quality, and career advancement.
This short talk is based on organizational psychologist Adam Grants research published in academic journals and his book Give and Take.
If you want to have more balance and continue to be a giver with boundaries vs. a giver who gives too much of him/herself away, book a time with me for a free consultation: https://bit.ly/trialsession
[TRANSCRIPT]:
Do nice guys actually finish last?
According to Adam Grants book Give and Take, nice guys do finish last.
Men and women who identify more as givers, they actually under perform.
They do less quality work.
The ironic part?
The givers were also at the top.
The question is, whats the difference?
Whats the difference between the givers who are the high achievers doing the best work, getting promoted the most, versus the givers that are down at the bottom?
The difference is the ones at the top are less agreeable.
Theyre not people pleasers.
They have boundaries.
While its definitely not a bad thing to be a giver, you have to be a giver with boundaries.
You have to stop people-pleasing.
The classic plight of the giver is that they give to themselves last. Do nice guys really finish last? Heres what science says.](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/pPwPnn_2xYQ/mqdefault.jpg)
