The boss fights from B2F on get a good deal easier than the onis on the first floor, since you will have the opportunity to collect more and more plus disk equipment (that are generally way stronger than what you could get during the main game). Though for a few more floors at least, they are still engaging matters that can give you quite a bit of trouble.
Kogasa's gimmick is that whenever she sees someone has TRR on the front while she gets a turn, she will always use Terror Eater to kill that character instantly. If you have Mokou on the team, you can turn that around and just have Mokou bait Terror Eater over and over while you wail on her with impunity. But if you don't have Mokou, then you may think it's prudent to keep characters in the back when they get inflicted with TRR. However, Kogasa has mostly multi-target attacks and hit pretty hard, so it's difficult to keep tanking her attacks for long, but Terror Eater doesn't deal damage and has a long delay so purposely letting someone get eaten is a good way to give you a breather. She's completely immune to debuffs (which is why I had Cirno suicide bomb her on Terror Eater straight away), but her ailment resistances are full of holes so you can easily poison her or lower her defenses.
