The FOE of the 3rd floor. It has so much DEF that Rumia is probably the only character who can damage it (Kasen or Marisa with heavy buffs might be able to do it?), but it's slow and only hits one character at a time, so unless it wises up and targets Rumia you'll be able to kill it before it kills you. It's also super vulnerable to SPD debuffs so Cirno can easily make it even slower.
