So this guy buffs himself up to 100% on turn 1, buffs himself again at 50% HP and follow up with an all-target all debuff as well. He can hit really hard with that huge buff of his, but it also means that he spends three turns doing no damage. He's also fond of single target attacks and doesn't have that much HP, so an all out bum rush will work rather well if you don't catch him in a bad, earthquake spamming mood, and you don't have your key attackers crippled by Azure Shining Light.
