Feels so good seeing Kraven back in the limelight after being taken away from us with the original plans for No Way Home. And while Sony's Kraven movie probably won't do him well, Insomniac is here to give us a truly badass and cunning Kraven like we've always wanted. His theme was the first piece of music heard all the way back to the initial announcement trailer, based off of a three-beat percussive track thumping and churning, accompanied by low and frightening strings and an almost predatory air. His motif is a simple five note violin melody, which conveys the hunter as a man of not only great prowess and might, but also in a mournful light, as if this is to be his last hunt. The most known interpretation of this motif is through a blaring, warlike siren sound, immediately making him known and giving him the power he needs. Altogether, this music portrays him at his most bare essentials; a skilled hunter looking for one last good hunt.
