Hailing from Minnesota, the Jets began performing in the Late 70s.Their debut album, “The Jets”, appeared in 1985 and charted at #15 (UK, #57). It was their highest placed album and gave rise to three US hit singles, one of wahich was “Crush On You”, which reached #3 on the Hot-100.
Their second album, “Magic”, spawned five further US hit singles but as the 80s came to an end, so did their run of chart hits; “The Same Love” being their last Hot-100 entry in 1989.
