One of the hardest territories to perform any variations of the density manipulation glitches. Luckily it is also affected by the flying glitch. I used it to add one of the unused gangs (9 or 10) there, then I performed this common glitch which would usually add Ballas or Vagos, but since it is already owned by gang 9, it will increase their density instead.
