Its a shame what happened to me at the end, but oh well, just be careful so the same doesn`t happen to you. At least this video should be helpful to players who want to obtain this vehicle without death.
1. Start Trucking with OM0 and get a mission that tells you to be quick
2. Get a mod menu from the Transfender shop in SF. Use whatever method you prefer for that
3. Setup the gym method in SF gym sso you can teleport yourself there
4. While having a transfender mod menu go go to the airport to buy a flight, but while in the flight selection screen wait for your phone to ring and hold the call, then buy the flight to LV. Unlike do usual method, this time instead of failing a mission during it to break the cutscene and allow cj to move, this time we will accept the gym teleport. Accept the flight and wait NO MORE and NO LESS than 2 seconds to accept the gym teleport. If you do too early or too late it will not work
5. If it worked, you should be able to exit the plane and go to Zero running and accelerating vehicles (no need to keep jumping or reversing cars). Go to zero while holding the call and careful not to let your mod menu get closed
6. Start NMA and close your mod menu by pressing your exit vehicle button a single time, otherwise cj will leave his Mountain bike while still in the interior world, and you wont be able to get an exterior view anymore unless by death
7. Jump/Punch all the way to Torenos Ranch and start VM
8. Unlike the suicide method, doing this method your minimap with will be all screwed, so go to LV and start either Kickstart or Dirt Track to fix your minimap. Now use your minimap to determine where the RC Goblin is. When close to the Goblin position, hold LSHIFT for many minutes (strangely the Goblin at this point should have control somewhat similar to a jetpack) until the Goblin descends to ground level. Guide the Goblin to a Garage and exit the garage while the Goblin is inside there, and then go save your game. Check the Goblin and it should be there saved
9. Make sure the Goblin never gets too close to you or its INSTA DEATH
