By blocking both doors of a vehicle, you can exit it skipping the exit animation and by throwing an explosive you can enter a vehicle skipping the enter animation (though it is a bit easier doing it with bikes than it is with other vehicles). By using both tricks you can quicky exit a vehicle that can be used to start this mission and enter a vehicle that you normally would not be able to use it during this race.
Not sure if this is useful at all as a Bullet with nitros seem to be a faster option, though I am not the best driver so maybe there is some potential. Or perharps an Hydra piloted by someone with extreme skill could perform well.
I align the wall of the house with the door of the bus as a visual cue for finding the perfect spot to do the trick.

Assuming this was a goto 0 save, a vehicle could be marked and used as a shortcut during this race. A fence was chosen to be unsolid during this race so it was possible to go through it as it seem to be the best shortcut to use on this race.
