It feels like we have played Harry Potter 2 (PC) Bingo in all possible ways and variations over the years so I was really happy when we came up with this idea for a very fitting way to play Bingo at the start of the new year. Instead of just generating a random board and trying to complete all the goals on there like usual we went ahead and generated that board with a set Seed. A Seed for a board works exactly like the way it works in for example Minecraft, if two players put in the same Seed they will get the exact same board/world no matter when or on which PC they do it.
And in our case to celebrate the New Year properly we put the Seed to "2026". I guess that is also a way to have some sort of prediction for the new year and how it will treat us when it comes to Bingo. If the generated boards with that Seed are awful then I am afraid that our Bingo runs and prerformance will be pretty tragic as well... But who knows, maybe we also get a super insane and fast god Seed with 2026 and just beat a World record on the way, you will find out in this video!
But overall I really liked the idea of this Memerun and I wouldn't mind starting this as a tradition at the beginning of every year now, I am already quite curious and looking forward to find out what the Seeds for 2026 look like... Just a very chill and nice way to bring some Bingo into the new year, the good part about it is that there is absolutely no pressure to PB or play well since it's basically just a random no-reset run and honestly, sometimes thouse are just really really needed amongst all the other serious "try-hard" attempts...
So I hope you are going to enjoy some a bit more casual Bingo runs yourself as well, have fun with thee video, thanks for watching and a happy 2026!
