I didn't really know what to expect going into this Top 10 grind and how difficult it would be (especially with the time it took for Harry Potter 6 in mind) but I thought it would be really difficult to find any timesaves over PB in this run. Especially given that a lot of this game boils down to RNG and watching Cutscenes with intermissions of running through the castle but I still knew that there had to be some ways to beat a pretty old PB of mine.
And I have to admit that this run did not disappoint, apart from my splits being messed up and basically useless for the entire run so I had to rely on the (amazing) timings from my Chat it was really fun to go full tryhard in Harry Potter 5 again after quite a long time! Some of the Skips in this game are actually pretty cool overall and even though I missed some of them during this attempt I am still happy that I was able to explain and show off most of them to hopefully show of what this Speedrun is about to the best of my abilities!
Shoutouts to V8 for helping me keep track of the route in chat during this and for making sure this will be a run that is in contention for beating the PB and might actually do exactly that! Have fun finding out how well we did during this run, if we got Top 10 and have fun watching!
