Today I am happy to present you with a Memerun that sounds pretty simple and straightforward on paper but ended up in more discussions about the rules and my interpretation of them than I expected it would. And the worst part is that I can even kind of understand it because I was really contradicting myelf and was lacking a clear guideline when it came to the rules for this one.
But to cut myself some slack, it is really difficult to tell what would specifically count as Harry breaking a school rule and not just basically doing straight up illegal things. Because I still think that it is the right call to not count that as a "School Rules" in general. Sure if he goes and assaults a fellow student then it'S not allowed in the school obviously but on the other hand I feel like he would get into trouble with the police/ministry first and foremost so it doesn't really feel like a "school rule".
Anyways I always like the idea behind runs like this which give you a ton more creative freedom to route and even interpret in the best way possible. Super fun idea for the games as well that pretty much showcases how frequently Harry does things in the school that he should realistically get expelled for. But thankfully through the power of plot armor he makes it through all of those and will surely give us more amazing Memeruns like this in the future!
The Rules:
We play the first 6 Harry Potter games on the PC until we get to a point where we have to break a specific school rule to advance in the game. Those rules can be interpreted creatively of course but still have to realistically make sense!
