Credits once again to Dezgeg, who not only found how to add different vechiles to imports, but also how to make them marked.
First you need to import then vehicle you want to mark, use the crane and move it a bit so there is room for importing and new vehicle. Dont move it away from the ship though, as you still want it to be recognized as your imported vehicle. Now move it away from the docks a bit as show in the video and then come back, so you will end the imports and exports script (IMPEXP) and start it again. After this, it may be important to focus the camera on the vehicle that you want to mark as it may vanish if you look away. Now simply import any other vehicle and move the original away from the ship. The original vehicle will now be marked.
A marked vehicle will only despawn if you save and load your game (only on original, in remastered it will stay as it is saved there) or will end up vanishing later if you destroy it.
This means a marked vehicle will persist even if you leave in a place for a long time and enter many othe vehicles. It is also not affected by the clear area command of missions as shown in the video with Quarry. Finally, it will persist even if CJ gets wasted or busted.
I think only vehicles that can be attached to the magnet can be marked (I tried moving the vehicle by pushing them with CJ`s body out of the import spot but it didnt seem to work), so for now no boats, planes and helicopters, which means the Explose Situation dupe method of marking vehicles is still more versatile.
