A slightly easier way to get your imported vehicle to be NE than the one shown in the last video.
From now I will repeat what I said in the previous video, as the info also applies here.
To have vehicles such as the Hotring or other rare/unique models you need to follow this setup:

It is important to go to the interior world because the area around the blackboard is surrounded with vehicles that have extras, like the NRG-500, Reefer and Coastguard. To get a NE vehicle,you start by opening a garage with vehicle that does not contain extras and the first vehicle that does contain extras that spawns after that will be NE. Under normal means it would not be the Hotring but rather one of the aforementioned vehicles that would spawn NE.
You can check which vehicles have extras by check column "Y" named "NE" of this sheet. If any of these vehicles spawn before the Hotring, it would mean it no longer spawns as NE:

Before that, the only known way to get NE Hotrings A or B was through a trick during The Meat Business. Since only 1 NE conversion can be done each time The Meat Business is started, doing it will either require passing the mission or costing+1 mission attempts to the stats.
