Ingredients:
Chocolate
Water Balloons
1 Can of Coconut Milk
2 Cups Heavy Cream
2 Tbs Sugar
1 Can Cream of Coconut
Directions:
Blow up your water balloons. Melt your chocolate. Dip your balloon into the chocolate, and then place it on a pan with parchment paper. Let it dry completely in the fridge. Once it is dry, pop the balloon, and you should be left with a chocolate bowl. Refrigerate your coconut milk for a couple of hours before making this recipe. Flip your can over, and open your can. Drain all of the liquid, and use only the solid in the can. Place it into a bowl, and whip it until it becomes stiff peaks. In another bowl whip 2 cups of heavy cream until it becomes stiff peaks. Fold both of the creams together. Then pour the whole can of cream of coconut, and fold it until its combined. Pour some this mixture into your chocolate cups. Then with another smaller balloon, push it into the cream, till the cream reaches to the top. Place it in the freezer for a couple hrs to harden. Once its hardened, pop your ballon, and then your done!
