Today I am using a recipe for a gooey creamy and delicious mac n cheese from scratch with real cheese. The recipe is extremely quick and easy.
Recipe:
500 grams of Pasta
200 grams (2 cups) of Cheddar
100 grams (1 cup) of sharp white cheddar
20 grams of Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp of mustard powder
couple shakes of franks red hot
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 cups of milk
50 grams (1/2 stick of butter)
Salt to taste.
