Today I want to want to make some m&m's using a 3D printer and using a Dremel. This recipe uses a candy panner to sugar coat chocolate. This is the same method one would use to make dragees.

![How to make mayonnaise
Lets talk about how mayonnaise is made. It’s a pretty basic recipe, but I am going to show you two different methods today on how to make it. This recipe is a real lifesaver if you for example need mayonnaise, but you don’t have any. Chances are, you have all of the ingredients to make this stuff laying around already. Additionally, making it yourself allows you to have full control over how it tastes, you can really fine-tune the flavor, or even add additional ingredients.
- One is a super simple method if you have an immersion blender (or any other type of blender), and
- The other is the traditional method of making it by hand, in case you don’t have one.
On top of that, I am going to make a different type of mayo with each method, one with the classic recipe, and the other a Mexican style Mayonesa with lime juice that I came across from my years living in Tucson. This one is perfect for elotes. Lastly, I very every so briefly wanna discuss what is going on here scientifically.

![How to make Tepache
Tepache is a fermented pineapple drink originating from Mexico. This drink is really awesome and unique and perfectly suited for those hot days where you want to quench your thirst. This is a great drink to get you started into the world of fermentation. If you wanna work yourself up to making beer, mead, or cider, this is a good first step if you aren’t ready to dive just in. It’s really nice because, besides the pineapple, I am pretty sure you have all of the other stuff you may need lying around. The reason for this is because, the drink is fermented from the natural yeast that exists on the skin of the pineapple, along with some additional sugar to kickstart the process.

![How to brew beer
So today let’s make some beer! Beer brewing can be a super-intensive process, so I have chosen this very simple style 1-gallon all-grain brew in a bag IPA as a recipe to make this as easy as possible. The recipe I am going to make is for a smaller quantity, something manageable if you just want to try to make beer for the first time. The total amount of time should take 6 hours to make, with an additional 2 weeks of fermentation. This beer is nice and smooth, and honestly was one of the best beers I have ever made.
If this is your first time, brewing beer is a total rabbit hole of terminology, equipment, and techniques. I am really aiming to make this process as simple as possible, showing only one method for making beer. Really this is what I wished I had when I first started making beer, something short sweet, and not overly complicated… well hopefully.
Alright! Let’s jump into it!

![A taco, but the tortilla is made of chicken
Alright I got a lot of requests for it, so I decided today to make a video on the naked chicken chalupa from taco bell. I honestly had not had one before you guys asked for it, so I went out and bought and tried it. For those who have never had one, it’s a quote-unquote taco [I know it’s technically a chalupa] but instead of using a tortilla, the tortilla is just a chicken breast.
It was honestly ok, but I think we can definitely improve it a little, and the version I ended up with was tasty juicy, and crisp. So let’s make essentially what amounts to a chicken sandwich sans the bun. However, doing so will give me a chance to experiment with some meat glue.
