So last week I made some milk chocolate using a wet grinder. A lot of you asked what would happen if I put coffee into this thing? So I decided to test that out and see what happens, and the results were a little more interesting than I would have thought.

3 oz (90 g) Milk Powder
3 oz (90 g) Cocao Butter
6 oz (180 g) Sugar (this may be a little too much, it was pretty sweet)
