Today I am going to make some instant pumpkin spice latte. The general technique applies to any type of coffee if PSLs are your jam, but this powder is freekin amazing, and I intend on not only using it to make PSLs after pumpkin season is over but also using it to incorporate into ice cream and other fun stuff all throughout the year. This video was thanks to harvest right who were nice enough to send me a freeze-dryer to experiment with. Honestly, this video may be a reason to get one, however, even if you can’t get one, this video is gonna be fun, so let's get into it.

![How to brew beer
So today let’s make some beer! Beer brewing can be a super-intensive process, so I have chosen this very simple style 1-gallon all-grain brew in a bag IPA as a recipe to make this as easy as possible. The recipe I am going to make is for a smaller quantity, something manageable if you just want to try to make beer for the first time. The total amount of time should take 6 hours to make, with an additional 2 weeks of fermentation. This beer is nice and smooth, and honestly was one of the best beers I have ever made.
If this is your first time, brewing beer is a total rabbit hole of terminology, equipment, and techniques. I am really aiming to make this process as simple as possible, showing only one method for making beer. Really this is what I wished I had when I first started making beer, something short sweet, and not overly complicated… well hopefully.
Alright! Let’s jump into it!

![A taco, but the tortilla is made of chicken
Alright I got a lot of requests for it, so I decided today to make a video on the naked chicken chalupa from taco bell. I honestly had not had one before you guys asked for it, so I went out and bought and tried it. For those who have never had one, it’s a quote-unquote taco [I know it’s technically a chalupa] but instead of using a tortilla, the tortilla is just a chicken breast.
It was honestly ok, but I think we can definitely improve it a little, and the version I ended up with was tasty juicy, and crisp. So let’s make essentially what amounts to a chicken sandwich sans the bun. However, doing so will give me a chance to experiment with some meat glue.
