Today I am going to show you how to cook mushrooms. This recipe is a creamy marsala sauce with sautteed whole baby portabella mushrooms. This recipe is a simple and quick side dish. This recipe in total takes about 15 minutes to make from start to finish. Enough time to make some rice in an instant pot.

Ingredients:

8 oz (220 grams) Mushrooms - either cremini (white button) or brown baby portabella mushrooms will work

1-2 tablespoons (14-28 grams) of butter
1 pinch of salt - but do it to taste.
1 splash of wine - Marsala works well, but also any red or white wine will work
1 small pour of heavy whipping cream.
