Alright, let’s keep rolling down on the breakfast train and make some hashbrowns. Although to be fair, if this was Germany they would call this a rosti and eat it for dinner. Well whenever you choose to eat this, let’s go from potato to hashbrown. What I love about this recipe is that it’s cheap. Many times when I was younger and dead broke, this would be my dinner because you can make it for less than $1.

So this is my version, which may not be for everyone, it’s very simplified compared to other recipes you may see since I am going to skip a few steps people usually advise. For this reason, it may be kinda controversial, however, I think the end product is delicious and has a nice texture, which is what we are going for when we cook, but that said you do you.
