Today I want to share a recipe for an amazing drink I have gotten to drink a bunch here in Germany called Club mate. This is a slightly sweet mate tea drink that is carbonated and is full of caffeine. With the nice sweet slightly smokey flavor that comes from the mate tea, it's much better than any energy drink you can buy, and it goes with vodka a lot better too!
Ingredients:
1 Cup [250 mL] of yerbe mate tea leaves
2 Tablespoons [50 mL] of honey or agave syrup
1 orange
1 lemon
Soda water

![How to make Japanese souffle cheesecake
Today I am making some Japanese Souffle Cheesecake. This is my favorite type of cake, its so light, and fluffy compared to traditional types of cake. Its a little complicated, but once you do it a few times you will get the hang of it. These cakes are mostly made from eggs, and basically a souffle. The cream cheese and lemons in the recipe give a really nice flavor that doesnt overpower.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup [28 grams] of cake flour
6 eggs separated
1/4 cup [60 mL] milk
4 oz [115 grams] cream cheese
4 tablespoons [56 grams] butter
1/2 cup [100 grams] of granulated sugar separated in half
1 tablespoon lemon juice
some lemon zest
1 shake cream of tartar
bake at 315F [157C] for 1 hour 10 minutes
increase tempurature to 350F [176C] for 10 minutes
allow to cool for 1 hour.

![How to make a big mac - The trick to getting thin patties
So today I wanna make my own Big Mac because at home because as my cola video is a testament to I clearly have a problem with making things that I could easily buy. I do have to say this was a really fun project and it came out just as good if not better than the infamous burger. The burger tasted exactly like a McDonalds Big Mac, although in my opinion, the bun was even better. The secret sauce was spot on.
