Today let’s make some coca-cola ice cream.
When I was young, I used to love getting coke floats, so I was wondering if it would be possible to make a reverse float, and for that, I needed some coca-cola ice cream.
The coca-cola ice cream I ended up with tastes literally like an ice cream float, and honestly works so well, that I am surprised it’s not more common. I say what I ended up with because I definitely made a few mistakes along the way, so I’ll be covering some of the dead ends I hit, so you don’t have to, however, if you wanna just learn how to make it without the journey, feel free to skip ahead to here.

![How to Make Club-Mate
Today I want to share a recipe for an amazing drink I have gotten to drink a bunch here in Germany called Club mate. This is a slightly sweet mate tea drink that is carbonated and is full of caffeine. With the nice sweet slightly smokey flavor that comes from the mate tea, its much better than any energy drink you can buy, and it goes with vodka a lot better too!
Ingredients:
1 Cup [250 mL] of yerbe mate tea leaves
2 Tablespoons [50 mL] of honey or agave syrup
1 orange
1 lemon
