This craft tutorial will show you how to make a clay tube pendant that's actually a small pot with a lid and allows you to keep your treasure inside! I chose to keep a pencil and paper in there for note-taking emergencies :) but you could put bank notes, a written message or other small keepsake in there instead.

As an optional extra, I also emboss copper foil to wrap around the outside of the tube for some shine and sparkle.

This same method for making the clay container could be used to make any little vessel; you don't have to make it into a necklace.
