This Week I'll make a Bourbon Tiki Cocktail with you that will turn you into a tiki geek for sure! Once you make a Tiki Cocktail the right way, you will never look back. This cocktail is for those who think they don't like Tiki drinks. Think again my friends! It's one of my absolute favorite Tiki Cocktails!
The Halekulani is an Island Classic you will not want to miss!
The Halekulani
1/2 oz (15 ml) Demerara Syrup
1/2 oz (15 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz (15 ml) Fresh Orange Juice
1 1/2 oz (45ml) Over Proof Bourbon (Old Grand-dad or Maker's)
Pineapple Wheel and Dehydrated Lime Wheel to garnish.
