Letting go can feel like stepping out of a crowded, noisy room into the fresh air. Sometimes, we stay stuck because the familiarity feels safer than the unknown. But when we finally release what no longer serves us (a thought, a behavior, or a relationship), we find freedom on the other side. In the January 27th episode of Being Well, we explore the art of letting go, why it’s so hard, and how to balance stepping away with doing the necessary work of repair.
