Learn the Dragon Roll® with the RMT® Rope. This concise tutorial rehearses the hand and elbow positions, adds the rope, then builds into the continuous turn-and-drag pattern.

Follow the changes between palms up with elbows down and palms down with elbows up. The instructor adds the rope with an OK grip above the handles, introduces tempo with a clear stop, then links the sequence into the Dragon Roll®.
