In this video, Hostages, released in 1989 (1988 in France) for the Atari ST by Infogrames.
A.k.a. Operation Jupiter, Hostages is a strategic arcade game where we control a 6-men squad commando in an attempt to enter an embassy and free captives from terrorists. The game is divided into main 3 sections: The deploying of the squad, the sniping of terrorists and the invasion of the building to save captives and shoot all the remaining terrorists.
The graphics are made of quality still pictures and nice little windows where the action is played. The audio is great, totally digitized and adds depth to the atmosphere of the game. The playability is ok but I don't know how many times you wanna try to save Hostages before getting bored.
