In this video, Chase HQ II - Special Criminal Investigation, released in 1990 for the Atari ST by Ocean Software.
The mayor's daughter has been kidnapped and is being held by the baddies in some unknown place but we have a mission that can tell us something more about that place. Upon completion of each missions, a clue will be revealed. Following all of the leads will eventually lead you to the secret location where she is being held and free her. Unfortunately finding her is not our only problem: There is a time bomb keeping her company and we must hurry before it blows up.
Based on 1989 Taito coin-op S.C.I. (Special Criminal Investigation) the game on the ST, compared to the first chapter, sports good graphics with well drawn coloured bigger sprites. IMHO that's where the good news end, because the scrolling has so few frames per second that caused me a big headache, so in my opinion the playability isn't good. The difficulty is on the easy side as I managed to reach the third mission on my first blind run.

Fun fact: The enemy can drive off the side of the road through the barriers, while if we clip one, we start spinning across the road.
