In this webinar, we present an overview of a new approach that has been developed by the UK Future Mobility business to assess and prioritise key drivers of environmental, social, economic and technological change. The approach examines, tracks and prioritises these different signals, trends and trajectories of change as they progress on pathways to becoming business of usual.
This horizon-scanning approach enables our clients to understand which changes they need to focus on now and which they need to monitor over the longer term. Our database of over 200 drivers can also be used by both the public and private sectors to develop alterative future scenarios, helping to shape both strategy development and project delivery.
