Stormwater is polluted from atmospheric deposition and traffic, and we are experiencing an increased focus on the chemical quality of stormwater and a more restrictive approach to the discharge of stormwater.
On this basis, WSP has assisted The Danish Directorate for Roads and The Danish EPA in determining the chemical quality of stormwater from different catchment types and creating a professional basis for formulating a new management practice. The presentation will review the database WSP has prepared, and which substances are typically problematic when discharging stormwater.
